Jamaica Independence Day Flag-raising on Friday, August 12

On Friday, August 12th, the City of Plainfield will recognize the 54th anniversary of Jamaica's independence with a flag-raising ceremony at city hall, with festivities from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. As a city with a significant Jamaican-American population, join us as we continue to celebrate our diversity!
